Table Batirol is a sole proprietorship business, established in the ear 2012 that manufactures tablea, which is located in Poblacion 1, Alfonso, Cavite, owned by Mrs. Socorro Mojica. Tablea Batirol expects to attract the interest of a regular loyal customer through its native chocolate product. The table making preparations starts carefully by choosing the best and the quality local cacao beans and then roasting, grounding and molding pure cacao beans into tablea without the added preservatives and additives.

Traditionally, tablea is used to make a Filipino hot chocolate beverage or tsoko-late using a wooden mixing implement or stirrer. Our tablea are traditionally made to maintain its classic taste and aroma.

Tablea Batirol is continuously improving its operations to meet the demand and creating new opportunities for other quality and healthy cacao products. The market opportunities for tablea and other cocoa products are growing, as there is an increasing number of cafes and restaurants offering classic chocolate drinks.

Harold Mojica, Mrs. Socorro Mojica's eldest son, currently serves as the General Manager and Marketing Officer of Tablea Batirol. Despite holding a previous corporate role, Harold opted to leave it to oversee his mother's family-founded business. His upbringing involved assisting his mother in crafting tableas alongside his siblings, imparting him with profound firsthand insight into the craft. This personal background motivated Harold to transition from his corporate career to fully commit to managing Tablea Batirol.

Mary Jane M. Mojica

MJ Mojica, serving as both the Admin Manager and Marketing Officer at Tablea Batirol, decided to join the company after previous experience elsewhere. She actively participates in DTI programs, enhancing her skills and gaining new insights. Often seen as the face of the company during guest appearances and trade fairs, MJ balances her role as a dedicated housewife with her integral business responsibilities. Alongside her husband Harold and the entire Tablea Batirol team, she contributes to the company's growth in the cacao manufacturing industry.
